It's already October? So crazy. I love this time of year, and I'm so happy to welcome in the season with autumn-ish food. To kick things off I finally went and got myself some ramekins (with just a two-person family it's not wise to make more than just a ramekin, or two, of a treat), and I whipped up some apple crisp. It was so good with vanilla ice cream on top, which got all melty. Mmmm.
This week I'm making my (healthier) pumpkin cookies!
